Why Only Average  Toyota Lease Deals?

Toyota Lease deals have always been among the top of our Monthly Car Lease specials, but not this time.  None of this month's Toyota Lease Deals would make the Top-5 Leases for January, February, March and April. On the other hand, Toyota Leasing is no worse this month than it is for Nissan, Mazda, Ford and most of the other car manufacturer car lease deals It's hard to figure out why car makers are not coming up with better Car leasing deals for May. Hopefully, they are saving their really great lease offers for summer. Meanwhile, there is a surprise leader among these 7 Toyota Car Lease Deals, and one that should get the attention of multiple-passenger families:

Minivan Tops Toyota Lease Deals

The Toyota Sienna Minivan, believe it or not, is tops among Toyota lease deals this month. For the month of May you can lease an 8-Passenger, Sienna for $299.00 a month with $2700 down. The Sienna has an MSRP of $30,995.00 and yields a reasonable average payment of $374.00 per month. It is rare that a mini van or SUV Lease finishes near the top of these lease specials, so the Sienna is an excellent car lease deal, to be sure. Rav4 Drops near the Bottom of Toyota Leasing

Back in August you could lease a Toyota RAV4 for just $199.00 a month and $1399 Down. As of May, 2011 Toyota Leasing is not nearly so favorable for RAV4 fans: $229 per month with $2,900 down? Wow - what's up with that? That gives you an average car payment of $310.00 per month and yields a less than fair LVR of 1.28%. For comparison sake, the LVR of the August Rav4 Toyota Lease deal was just .97% (nearly a record low) What happened with Toyota Leasing this month?

Will there be Better Toyota Lease Deals Next Month?

Nobody wants to lease a new car and find out they missed out on a much better deal a month later. I don't expect the incentives to get drastically better for Toyota lease deals next month. Usually, car leasing trends take a few months to develop. What we can hope for is the competition like Kia, Hyundai, etc., to pick-up the slack where Toyota Lease Deals have fallen short.
