SUVs with 3rd row seating are the rage if you need to transport more than 5 passengers, you'll need to look into Mini-Vans or Suvs with 3rd Row Seating. Not even the Best Mid Size SUV always has that third row for extra passengers. Surprisingly, last week's winner of the Best Small SUV, The Toyota RAV4, has an option for a 3rd row and can hold up to 7 passengers. Before you go out and buy a RAV4 for your 7-Member family, keep in mind that even with the 3rd row seating, you'll be packed in the SUV tighter than a can of slippery sardines.  In my quest to find the best lease rates on Top Rated SUVs, the 7-passenger vehicles are too important to leave out.   SUVs with 3rd Row Seating deserve their own category. While I only have a family of four, I didn't realize how much I would miss the 7-passenger seating of my Hyundai Veracuz when I turned the lease in two years ago. The 3rd row folded down for extra storage when it was not needed for extra family members or friends. Unlike the RAV4, the Veracruz held 7 passengers very comfortably, even though it does take a bit of planning-ahead to get everyone inside and out. To me, the Hyundai Veracruz is a very solid, Mid Size SUV which delivers excellent value and performance for the $30,000 price range. The $28,000 - $35,000 Price range is the sweet spot for Mid Size SUVs with 3rd row seating. Why not go back to the well? I enjoyed the 2008 Hyundai Veracruz SE, so decided to see if they are having anymore lease specials on this excellent Mid Size SUV?
