Chevy Cruze LS Lease
Chevy Cruze Lease now available! It is good to see Chevrolet back in the car leasing business and the Chevy Cruze Lease is a good one. Normally, leases on newly released cars like the Cruze LS is a little bit cost prohibitive due to their unknown resale value. GM is offering a pretty reasonable car lease deal on the Cruze LS: $159.00 a month, $1899 down for 39 months. This translates to an LVR (Lease Value Ratio) of 1.28% which is not too bad. Perhaps, what is even better than the chevy cruze lease offer, is the car itself.
Chevy Cruze Lease: LS Details and Specs
What’s to like about the new, Cruze? Economy and fun. Reasonable Car Lease deals in this price range are usually only available from Honda Civics, Toyota Corollas and Volkswagen Jettas. The Cruze actually offers a newer, sportier design, as well as a few other advantages over the rest of these cars: Read the rest of this entry

What are 0 Down Lease Specials?
0 Down lease specials are the way to go. SO, what is a 0 Down Car Lease? A number of people have asked me why I don't do a monthly column dedicated to only, 0 Down Car Lease offers. I guess this wouldn't be a bad idea. Up until now, I've refrained from emphasizing the no money down car lease, because all car lease offers can and should be 0-money-down up front. A Down Payment on a car lease is really just a marketing ploy to make your monthly payment look lower. When you average your down payment into the total cost of all your payments, you will see that it really doesn't work that way. That is why I display an Average Car Payment figure for the Monthly Car Lease Specials each month. Unlike putting money down on a Car Purchase, a down payment on a lease will make very little difference in reducing the total cost of your loan. Why not keep your down payment in your savings account? You can always pull some money out to make the payments as you need them. Someone on another forum once mentioned to me that Cash is King when buying a car. That is exactly why you should keep as much of your cash as you can. While only Honda, Mazda and Volkswagen are advertising No Money Down Lease offers for November, these 0-down car lease offers are available for any car that's lease-able. Just ask. Surprise Lease Offers from Cadillac, Buick and Mazda
Some unlikely car names lead the top-5 in the 2010 November Car Lease Offers:
Cadillac, Buick and Mazda replace Hondas and Toyotas as this month's top cars to lease.
Before you get too excited about The Cadillac CTS ultra-low 1.05 LVR (Lease Value Ratio), there are a couple of disadvantages to keep in mind:
Quirky 39 month lease term:
This means, depending on the state you reside, you may be paying registration tax on two different cars in 3-5 months: The old car and the new car.
Low Mileage Lease
Cadillac only gives you 10,000 driving miles per year then charges an outrageous .25 per mile after that. That is an extremely costly hit for excess mileage. My current Subaru lease is only good for 10,000 miles per year too, but the fee is only .15 per mile. I'm not going to say that the Cadillac CTS Sedan is still not a great lease. When you can lease a $37,250 Luxury Car for $349.00 a month with less than $2,000 down, it's a GOOD deal. On the other hand, I'd be prepared to haggle a bit with the dealer over the low allowance and costly mileage fees. I'd also express my concerns about the odd, 39 month lease term.
