Accord EX Lease

Accord EX Lease

Even with all of their bad publicity and the massive amount of money these Safety Recalls are costing them, Toyota is still putting out the most practical and best leases for an affordable family sedan. The 2010 Toyota Camry Sedan LE tops the Monthly Car Lease Specials List once again with an LVR (Lease Value Ratio) of just 1.08. For just $8,800, you can drive a maintenance-free, quality luxury sedan for 3 years. This is still a good deal, despite the awful safety reputation Toyota has endured while it recalls a large number of it's vehicles due to sticking accelerator pedals and other less serious issues on its hybrids. What this says to me is that Toyota cars still hold their value as well or better than any other car on the market, even while they recover from their current PR disaster. Still, you might wanna make sure that your gas pedal is okay, before you negotiate a new lease on a Toyota! Either that, or you should look at the next, best LVR Lease Score and my personal favorite this month. The 2010 Honda Accord LX and EX show up in a close, respectable 2nd place finish with an LVR of 1.13. You can lease a 2010 Honda Accord LX for $249.00 a month with just $249.00 down, or an Accord EX for 279.00 a month with just $279.00 down. These are only the 4-Cylinder Automatic Accord models, but still... This is a great deal for a car that provides sufficient, 170HP(LX) / 190HP(EX) acceleration, averages 25 mpg and does not leave you with any concerns that your gas pedal might stick and force you to accelerate through a Taco Bell Drive-Thru at 60 miles per hour. These two Honda Accords are my top car lease deals for this month, despite the slightly higher LVR than the Camry. The fact that you can go to your local dealer and get into one of these high-quality, reputable cars for a mere $249/$279 downpayment makes the Honda Accord LX and EX the clear winner of the February 2010 Car Lease Offers.

In other car leasing news, Cadillac still has some good deals on their CTS, STS Sedans and SRX SUVs. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of good car lease deals on SUVs. Since the high gas prices from a couple of years ago, the resale values on AWD vehicles have obviously taken a hit. I was disappointed that I didn't see any lease offers from the Chevy Malibu or any other American Cars this monthy. If you want to lease an American car, check with your dealer. The good news is that between Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Cadillac, BMW and Volkswagen, car leasing continues to be alive and well. Oh, and by the way: That 2010 Volkswagen CC featured in my sub-$30,000 Sports Car Lease special from a couple of weeks ago is still a sweet deal. Instead of $349.00 a month with nothing down, it is now $283.00 a month with a $2,499.00 down payment. Either way, the LVR remains the same at 1.23 and the total lease cost over three years is exactly the same at $12,564. I'm sure you can still lease it for $349.00 and and nothing down if that's what you want...That's what I want.
