Cadillac 2010 STS

Cadillac is back in the car leasing business. Judging by this month's lease specials, they have come back with a bang. The 2010 Cadillac STS AWD tops all other lease offers with one of the lowest LVR (Lease Value Ratios) recorded since these Monthly Car Lease Ratings began last year. A 48 month lease is somewhat rare these days, but it does have a few advantages. Personally, I wouldn't mind keeping a quality luxury car for four years. Especially, when I consider the high costs for taxes and registration to drive a new car every 2-3 years. I doubt that many of us would complain about keeping a $50,000 luxury car for four years with only a $399 car lease payment. It is also nice to know that the $3,399 initial downpayment to acquire the car lease payment is spread out over 4 years, instead of just 2 or 3 years. The average monthly payment for the 2010 Cadillac STS AWD is just $470 Per month. BMW, Lexus and Mercedes Luxury Cars in the $50,000 MSRP range, average well over  $550 car lease payment.
